The Top spec for this family car used to be GLX but it was discontinued to give way to XL7 which costs a few pennies more. GLX has push start button, parking sensors, rear camera, signal lights on its side mirror, mags for wheels, faux wood interior with media buttons on the steering wheel. It's almost similar to XL7 if it was not for the arm rest and extra usb sockets for the rear passenger.
Really a reliable and fuel efficent car. We made the right choice.

Got the ertiga glx 4th quarter of 2019 so there's a bit more features . It's a great car and very worth it for the price. My only problem is that it is quite noisy inside the cabin from road, tire, and engine noise. It became apparent when I had the chance to drive a vios xle cvt 2022. The doors feel/sound cheap too. Found the xl7 to be better.

What is the meaning of MPV
Good review, but for me fam car is not just intended to be reviewed in the city. City reviews is just going on ur ofc, malls and supermarket in the metro. Fam car, mpv, suv or van also for out of town and visiting our provinces. Stiff up and downhill capabilities should be included. If I am a car reviewer and given 24 – 48 hrs or a week to review fam gettaway car I will include it. Maybe going tarnate, bitukang manok and bagiuo. Thats the real test than driving in flat traffic and expressways. Ph is more than that.
correct me if im wrong but isnt the glx is the top of the line model?? I believe this is suppose to be the mid spec model. (unless they have remove the glx trim to accomodate the xl7?)
New Avanza now is a better option. Suzuki needs to refresh their ertiga.
